This dossier features materials that were generated at, or in the aftermath of, the “Experiments in Listening” conference that boundary 2 co-organized with the California Institute of the Arts and the University of Southern California in January 2025. The conference organizers–Arne De Boever, Kara Keeling, Erin Graff Zivin, and Michael Pisaro-Liu–are also preparing a special issue of the print journal boundary 2 that will feature additional materials from the event.
